This component of the program is largely aimed at strengthening the other key components of BAF. Other than the basic computer applications, the IT training facility of BAF will conduct trainings in following specific programs like Computer Aided Designing (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM), internet, e-mail facilities, accounting and administrative software. There is a large demand for 3D CAD specialist in Sri Lanka , hence offering great job opportunities.

The IT training is expected to supplement all the other program components by being a gateway for new industry related information and marketing communications and aims at equipping the youth to be better prepared for the commercial side of the operations.
